How do payments work?
We request 40% deposit Which is non refundable and 60% 2 weeks before wedding day.
Do we split our team up to cover both groom and bridal sides?
Both our packages are set up to cater for filming both the bride and the groom sides. We split the team up and travel to different locations to make sure we capture the early morning moments for both sides.

COVID-19 Policy
COVID-19 has been quite an unsettling time for everyone, particularly for those who had weddings planned this year. In order to be transparent to all our clients, we have drawn a policy in line with the Government’s advice. As you may also be aware, that the Government reviews its policy on dailybasis and changing it every few days, and we will make sure our policy remains up-to-date with the current law. AD Studio appreciate that any event which was
forced to cancel or change date must have been extremely disappointing and upsetting for everyone involved, and has caused significant stress and anxiety.
As you may also understand, this crisis has also caused huge disruption to all businesses and suppliers.In line with the present law, most weddings or large events remain suspended. If you were affected by this law and forced to change or cancel your event date, this does not mean that you should suffer financial loss to rebook the suppliers you chose for your event. AD Studio is offering all our clients the opportunity to rebook any new date within 12 months, of notifying us of the cancellation, without any additional charges or admin fee. Please email us on adstudio25@gmail.com at earliest, to confirm your plans and let us know of any changes to your event date.When deciding a new date for your event, it is extremely important to involve all your pre-booked suppliers at an early stage, to make sure you can book the most suitable date for the event, while avoiding any potential financial loss. While we
are already taking bookings for next year, AD Studio would like to reassure you that we will show utmost flexibility to accommodate any customer whose event was forced to change or cancel due to COVID-19.
What if I decide to cancel the event completely?
At AD Studio, we take our work very seriously and treat our clients as one big family. We go an extra mile to try to bring a great experience for all our customers. While we are prepared to be extremely flexible with rebooking events, it will also require a degree of flexibility from the other suppliers for the event or the client themselves. However if we fail to reach an agreement on the new dates for the event or if the client wishes to cancel the event altogether, it is with extreme regret that we would like to inform that our standard cancellation policy will apply and any deposit made towards booking the event will become non-refundable. Hence, while we are ready to be flexible to find a solution best suited to your circumstances, we are unfortunately unable to negotiate any flexibility in our cancellation policy.
